As soon as your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date. High Volume and Delivery Expectations

During peak seasons or periods of high volume, such as holidays or special promotions, please allow for extra time for shipping and delivery. Receiving Your Order

Returns and Exchanges

While we do not offer refunds on our resin pieces, we do have a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at liveplantsarelife@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
